Returns & Exchanges

At Trak Racer, we want to ensure your racing simulation setup meets your highest expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Receive Authorization

  Our support team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the hardware in its original industrial packaging to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the components and electronics are in 'as-new' condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
